About Adam

Adam Birnbaum is a certified executive coach and former 4-time executive at companies ranging from $1M to $300M in revenue, spanning startup, VC-backed, PE-backed, and publicly-traded. He has led companies through critical transitions, built high-performing teams, and delivered meaningful growth and enterprise value, including a successful exit to private equity.

Before coaching, Adam began his career in management consulting, advising executive teams at Fortune 500 companies.

Outside of work, Adam is a marathon runner, hobbyist musician, and former Second City comedian. He has survived a near-death experience and helped a man experiencing homelessness publish a memoir about his life on the streets. He is based in Chicago, IL.
